1. What users need to take:
Send the order number, the reason for the return and provide as many pictures as possible to: deervalley@deervalleybath.com

2. Applicable circumstances for returns and refunds:
To be acceptable for return, your item must as the same as the condition you received it or you must offer the pictures, the returned item needs to be unused and unpackaged, please ensure it is in the original packaging.


3. Time limit for accepting returns:
Our return policy support a 30-day return period, which means you have 30 days to initiate a return request, if it over 30 days since your purchase, we can't offer you any refund requirements. Customers need to pay for the round-trip shipping unless it is caused by our product’s quality issue.


4. How soon will the user receive the refund:
No more than 15 days after we make sure your return or refund requirement is meet the standard.
