1. What users need to do:
Send the order number, reason for return, and as many pictures as possible to: deervalley@deervalleybath.com
2. Appropriate circumstances for returns and refunds:
Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. The returned item needs to be unused and in the original packaging.
3. Time limit for accepting returns:
Our return policy supports a 30-day return period, which means you have 30 days to initiate a return request. If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, we cannot offer you any refunds. Customers need to pay for round-trip shipping unless the quality of our product is the cause for return.
4. How soon will the refund be processed:
We ensure that your return or refund begins processing at most 15 days after initiating the procedure. We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. Thank you for being so patient.
